Certain applications require multiple detectors either in-line, or in a quad arrangement. Silonex provides standard and custom photodiode arrays, typically constructed of a photodetector chip mounted on a ceramic substrate encapsulated in epoxy, in a diversity of package configurations.
The photograph shows:
Our photodiode arrays are RoHS compliant.
Variant configurations are possible through our "Building Block" semi-custom design concept, contact your representative for more information.
The suffix of the chip array part numbers denotes the number of elements. For example, an SLDA-61S10-8 has 8 active elements.
